Transform Youth and Family Counseling is hiring part-time and full-time youth and family therapists, as well as clinical supervisors at our Grants Pass and Medford locations.

Are you passionate about providing counseling services to youth and families, while having freedom in making your own schedule and making a great income? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our counseling practice by delivering individual, family, and group counseling to youth ages 6-24 and their families, or by supporting our pre-licensed therapists.

Youth and Family Therapist Position

Our Youth and Family Therapists provide outpatient individual, group, and family counseling to youth ages 6-24 and their families. Candidates must have experience working with youth and families and be passionate about serving this specific population. Candidates must also be committed to working for an LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist practice that promotes youth voice and empowerment. The Youth and Family Therapist is a non-exempt position, paid on a fee for service model, with an hourly rate for administrative tasks.

    • Perform in-person, remote, or a hybrid of counseling services to clients of Transform Youth and Family Counseling, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.

    • Regular, reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.

    • Be properly licensed or registered in the state of Oregon and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Transform Youth and Family Counseling.

    • Respond to client’s requests for service or calls within 2 regularly scheduled business days of the clinician’s schedule.

    • Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school counselor, etc.) as necessary.

    • Timely, complete written documentation by the end of the day each Sunday using an Electronic Health Record for each client including, but not limited to: intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contact notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Transform Youth and Family Counseling or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the client within a timely fashion (by the end of Sunday each week). Keep client files accurate and up to date.

    • Minimum of one attendance per year at a community engagement project.

    • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Transform Youth and Family Counseling.

    • Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Transform Youth and Family Counseling. Be respectful of, cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.

    • Passion for working with others and helping our team members grow and learn.

    • Other duties may be assigned.

    • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work (required); and

    • Active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC) in the State of Oregon or active associate registration working towards licensure in the State of Oregon. A copy must be provided to Transform Youth and Family Counseling.

    • Deliver an average of 22 clinical hours per week for full-time therapists or at least an average of 12 clinical hours per week for part-time therapists.

    • Provide individual, family, and group counseling to youth ages 6-24 and their families.

    • Must have a professional, distraction-free workspace to conduct telehealth sessions, if candidate chooses to deliver telehealth services.

    • Clinical experience working with youth and families strongly preferred.

Clinical Supervisor Position

The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital dual role at Transform Youth and Family Counseling—providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists while also maintaining a caseload of clients. This position is designed for a supportive leader who is passionate about mentoring clinicians, upholding clinical quality, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor offers clinical supervision and consultation to therapists at their assigned location, ensures adherence to agency policies and procedures, and delivers individual, family, and group therapy services to youth and young adults ages 6–24. They model clinical excellence, promote collaboration, and contribute to a healthy, engaged workplace culture. The ideal candidate brings warmth, professionalism, and a strengths-based approach to both their supervisory and clinical work. The Clinical Supervisor is a Full-Time Salaried Exempt Position.

    • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to therapists at assigned locations.

    • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services to youth and young adults ages 6–24.

    • Coordinate onboarding of new clinicians in collaboration with the Owner and Office Manager.

    • Adhere to and model all agency policies and procedures in both supervisory and clinical roles.

    • Hold clinicians accountable for timely and accurate documentation and overall job performance through both in-person and remote communication.

    • Coordinate with other administrative positions to discuss clinical practices, process improvements, and staff/client experience.

    • Provide formal case consultations to fully licensed clinicians as needed.

    • Provide individual and group supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians.

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to supervisees.

    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and overall clinical quality.

    • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

    • Foster professional development and growth among team members with a supportive, strengths-based approach.

    • Communicate clearly and directly when offering feedback to both leadership and clinicians.

    • Facilitate or assist with clinical trainings for staff.

    • Engage in outreach efforts with community partners to build relationships and support referral growth.

    • Complete other clinical and supervisory duties as assigned.

    • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work (required).

    • Active, unrestricted Oregon license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC) for a minimum of 2 years.

    • Completed a 30-hour clinical supervision training and meet all requirements to supervise LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW associates.

    • Maintain a caseload of 14 clinical hours per week through individual, family, and group therapy.

    • At least three years clinical experience working with youth and families.
