Counseling Services
When you reach out to get started, we don’t just assign you to a therapist—we take the time to understand what you or your child truly need so we can connect you with the best providers for your situation.
You’ll first meet with one of our case managers for an intake screening. This helps us get a full picture of what’s going on and identify what services and supports may be most helpful.
From there, we’ll guide you in getting connected to the right combination of care, whether that’s therapy, case management, caregiver support, peer support, or medication services.
Our goal is to make the process feel clear, supportive, and well-matched from the start.
Individual Counseling
Meet with a therapist one-on-one to address your mental health needs and goals. Standard sessions are 55 minutes in length. 30-minute sessions are also offered. At your first therapy appointment, we will discuss what you are hoping to address in counseling, your specific mental health symptoms, and concerns, and begin to develop goals that you want to accomplish.
Family Counseling
Meet with a therapist and your family member(s) to address issues that are impacting your family and work together to achieve common goals. Family counseling is a great addition to individual counseling so that your family can better support you in what you’re working on in individual counseling. Standard sessions are 55 minutes in length.
Telehealth Counseling
Our therapists offer telehealth counseling sessions as an alternative to in-person counseling sessions. Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure video platform, which is an easy and convenient way to access counseling services in the comfort of your home.
