I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 23 years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families in a variety of roles and settings. I believe that people can change and grow to have the kind of lives they want to live, once they receive acceptance and learn to accept themselves as they are right in this present moment, and develop a toolkit of effective skills. Tabitha Michelle, LCSW (she, her)
Clinical Supervisor
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in life transitions, relationship dynamics, sexuality and gender, and eating disorders. I believe the best treatment is a combination of whatever feels most supportive for you, so I use an eclectic mix of interventions tailored to each client. My practice is person-centered above all, which means it is based on the total liberation of all people. I do my best to center & celebrate fat bodies, LGBTQIA+ bodies, disabled bodies, & BIPOC bodies. My hope is that together we can get to a place of deep understanding and self-compassion in order to grow in the ways that are most important to you. If you leave my office feeling more powerful, more seen, more listened-to, and more cared-for than when you arrived, I have done my job.

Adult Therapist- Caregiver Support Track
I believe that all behaviors, emotions, thoughts, even the disliked and despised ones, exist for a reason. Usually, they developed as a way to protect each individual from further harm or perceived danger. I work with my clients to establish safety, foster self-compassion, and heal these parts after understanding them. Here you will find a non-judgmental space to find inner harmony.
