Caregiver Support Track
Supporting parents and caregivers as part of the healing process.
At Transform Youth and Family Counseling, we believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in families, in relationships, and in systems. That’s why we offer more than just therapy for youth.

Individual Therapy for Parents & Caregivers
Parents and caregivers of our clients often carry their own stress, trauma, and emotional challenges—all while trying to support their child’s healing. We’re here to support you, too.

Who Is a Caregiver?
A caregiver may include a biological parent, adoptive parent, grandparent, extended family member (e.g., aunt, uncle), or other adult who plays a consistent, ongoing role in a youth’s life—regardless of legal custody or residence.
*This service is not intended for adult family members with minimal or disconnected involvement in the youth’s care.
This service may be right for you if you:
Why It Matters
We believe that when parents and caregivers are supported, regulated, and resourced, they are more able to:

Improve communication and relationships at home
Model emotional wellness
Break intergenerational cycles of trauma
