Christina Caduri, MSW

Hi, I’m Christina!

I am a Youth and Family Therapist and registered in Oregon as a Clinical Social Worker Associate who is passionate about supporting youth and families through life’s challenges and transitions. I believe that every person carries innate resilience and wisdom, and that healing unfolds when we feel seen, heard, and accepted for who we are. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where young people and their families can explore their strengths, develop new skills, and experience meaningful growth together. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater self-awareness, connection, and authenticity.

Let's Connect
The Professional Stuff

I hold a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University. Over the past decade, my work has taken me across the U.S. and internationally in roles that center youth, families, and community well-being. I have provided individual therapy and school-based counseling to children and adolescents, facilitated crisis interventions, and supported families in navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also integrate trauma-informed care and mindfulness practices to help clients cultivate presence and self-compassion. When fitting for the client, I draw from the framework of Somatic Experiencing (SE) to support awareness of the body’s natural responses to stress and promote grounding and nervous system regulation. I incorporate social-emotional learning and strengths-based strategies to empower clients in developing coping tools, emotional balance, and authentic communication. My work is guided by a cross-cultural lens, informed by years of experience in international education, yoga, and mindfulness facilitation.

I am especially passionate about supporting youth navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complex dynamics that can arise within families, schools, and communities. My work is rooted in the belief that behavior is communication and that every challenge carries an underlying need or story waiting to be understood. I aim to help clients uncover those layers in a safe and collaborative space where their experiences are met with empathy and respect. Together, we explore new ways of relating to themselves and others, build emotional awareness, and strengthen coping skills that foster resilience and self-trust. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that honors each client’s individuality and lived experience, inviting curiosity, compassion, and meaningful growth at their own pace.

The Personal Stuff

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and finding ways to connect through shared experiences and laughter. I love to travel and am continually inspired by exploring new places, cultures, and traditions—it reminds me of the beauty of human connection and the many ways people create meaning in their lives. I find grounding and renewal in nature, whether hiking a forest trail or simply soaking up quiet moments outdoors. Yoga and mindfulness are part of my daily life, offering balance and presence that I strive to bring into my work as well. I’m always curious and open to learning, whether it’s discovering a new practice, trying a new recipe, or finding creative ways to slow down and reconnect.
