Jennifer Bernard, QMHA

Hi, I’m Jennifer!

Case Manager- Qualified Mental Health Associate

I support youth ages 6–24 and their families by helping them navigate mental health services, community resources, and everyday systems like schools, healthcare, and social supports. I work closely with therapists, caregivers, and community partners to reduce barriers to care and ensure families feel supported throughout the treatment process. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and centered on empowering youth voice. I’m committed to helping families feel informed, connected, and confident as they move toward stability and growth.

About Me

I bring a lifetime of lived experience to this work, with the last six years spent supporting teams in mental health group settings. At the heart of what I do is helping make care easier to access and ensuring people feel supported, understood, and connected to the right resources. I show up with presence and intention, and I care deeply about building respectful relationships with every client and family I have the honor of working alongside, making sure they feel seen and valued as the individuals they are.

When I'm not working, I prioritize time with my amazing family, sharing a love for travel, trying new foods, and staying active. My personal interests include gardening, being a wanna-be greenthumb with my houseplants, scouring thrift stores, and enjoying live music. One day we hope to have a hobby farm or ranch, but for now we're a happy family with 2 dogs.
