Meet Lauren

MA, LPC

Lauren Bellenbaum is the Clinical Director and Founder of Transform Youth and Family Counseling. With a background in both residential and outpatient behavioral health, she has over 15 years of experience supporting youth and families.

Lauren has firsthand experience navigating the COA process and building a compliant behavioral health program from the ground up. She is also a certified trainer in Collaborative Problem Solving and provides trainings nationwide.

As the lead consultant, Lauren brings a depth of expertise and is supported by a network of experienced professionals. This allows her to bring in additional expertise as needed, ensuring each organization receives support that is tailored to their specific goals and stage in the COA process.

Her consulting work is grounded in practical experience, offering clear, actionable guidance to organizations working through the COA process.
