Hi, I’m Connor!
I am a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) with a decade of experience in early childhood education, and I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. Since moving to Southern Oregon ten years ago, I’ve grown both personally and professionally in this incredible community. My background in early childhood work laid a strong foundation for understanding emotional development, and I’ve found deep fulfillment in building trusting, supportive relationships with clients. I strive to bring creativity and calm into the therapy space through connection, playfulness, and presence.

The Professional Stuff
I am a passionate social worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work and a strong background in Early Childhood Education. I have experience supporting clients through substance use, trauma, and crisis situations, with a particular focus on crisis intervention for preschool-age children. My approach incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) work and person-centered interventions, allowing me to address the unique emotional and psychological needs of each individual. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of working at a children’s museum, where I taught through play and met children and families where they were at, creating a supportive and engaging environment for learning and growth. This combination of education, therapeutic modalities, and hands-on experience enables me to bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to my work, particularly in high-stress and sensitive situations.
The Personal Stuff
Outside of work, I love expressing myself through writing and playing music locally. I’m a proud pet parent to three dogs, Collins, Bucket, and Mouse, and love spending time with them and my family. I’m an avid gym-goer and love staying active, whether it’s through workouts or creative outlets like painting. I’m also a huge fan of all things nerdy, especially Star Wars, and find joy in running a Dungeons & Dragons game for friends. And after a long day, I love unwinding with a good cup of decaf tea. When I’m not being creative, I enjoy relaxing with my pets and friends, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
