Hi, I’m Samantha! Client Care Specialist
As the Client Care Specialist, I assist with answering phone calls and greeting clients to help create a welcoming and supportive environment. From the very first interaction, my goal is to ensure that each client feels comfortable and respected. I strive to bring empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness to every conversation, contributing to a positive and seamless experience for every client and family we serve.
About MeI am currently a freshman at Rogue Community College studying psychology, with plans to transfer to Southern Oregon University to continue my education. I have a strong interest in the mental health field and am grateful for the opportunity to gain hands on experience in a professional counseling setting. Being part of this environment has allowed me to begin building a foundation of knowledge and skills as I pursue my future in this field.
I was born and raised in Oregon and have always loved the outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy hiking local trails, exploring new places, and going camping with my family. Being outside helps me reset and appreciate the little things. I also enjoy gardening and spending time at home with my cat Rory and my backyard chickens, who definitely keep life interesting.
