Shaunte’ Duron-Okotete brings over a decade of experience in youth services, community engagement, and program coordination to her role at Transform Youth and Family Counseling. She is dedicated to helping families access supportive, culturally responsive care and ensuring young people feel seen, valued, and understood.
About MeAs the Community Relations and Peer Services Manager, Shaunte’ oversees Peer Support Specialists and supports Transform’s community partnerships, marketing, communications, and organizational initiatives. Her role includes strengthening community relationships, managing the organization’s digital presence and branding, coordinating outreach and events, and supporting employee engagement and recruitment efforts. Through her work, she helps increase awareness of Transform’s services, foster meaningful community connections, and support the organization’s continued growth.
Shaunte’ lives in Grants Pass, Oregon with her husband and their three children. She loves spending time at the beach and enjoying family time outdoors. When she’s not with family or working, you’ll often find her exploring local shops, discovering new foodie spots, and supporting small businesses across Southern Oregon.
