The Professional Stuff

·  Are you a teen or young adult (13-24yrs) who:

  • Struggles with intrusive suicidal thoughts?

  • Has urges/engages in self-harm to regulate your emotions?

  • Struggles with low mood, lack of motivation/direction, spirals in your thought processes, and continuously questions “what if” or “Should I”?

  • Struggles with making and committing to decisions in life because you're concerned about the unknown and being perceived as a failure?

  • Do you want to make positive mental health changes with a readiness to learn more effective ways to manage current symptoms, achieve goals, and increase healthier coping strategies?

Ways, I can support you:

  • Understanding current symptoms, interpersonal dynamics, and how these things impact your daily life.

  • Figure out you want from life, reframe your negative perceptions of self, increase effective communication, increase emotional self-awareness/regulation, and reinforce healthier personal boundaries. These will all improve your ability to achieve your therapeutic goals.

The Personal Stuff

When I’m not supporting others; I enjoy taking my dogs to Grant Pass parks, weekend beach trips, resale/bargain shopping, crocheting amigurumi, binge-watching cop dramas, and creature feature films, and napping.
